The B1 Preliminary for Schools is a B1 intermediate-level English exam on the CECR scale, the content of which is suitable for young learners. The B1 level of this exam should be reached in the Second General.

NB: The Cambridge English Certificate (CEC) is a variant of the Preliminary for Schools. This is the exam developed with the Ministry of National Education for students of the Second European Section.
